Customer Agreement

All animals dropped off to Fang and Bone Taxidermy require proof of legality, including but not limited to taxidermy stubs (required on all Nevada big game), hunting tag (properly filled out) and/or license,  game ranch receipt, etc.  Proof of legality is required at time of drop off; animals without this information will be turned away.  A 50% deposit for taxidermy or full payment for euro/antler mount is required at time of drop off, and no work will begin until deposit is received.  Repairs, form modification to fit short capes, and the replacement of skins & capes are extra.  Fang and Bone Taxidermy will not be held responsible for theft, natural disaster, vandalism, tanning, hair slippage or any other loss or damage.  Upon receival, you will be given a rough estimate for turnaround time.  Estimated completion times are an average and are not guaranteed accuracy, but you will be notified of any significant changes or delays. All work is done on a first come, first served basis, and Fang and Bone Taxidermy is dedicated to all our customers.  Any modifications to your order must be confirmed at the discretion of Fang and Bone Taxidermy, and will require a new contract and you will be charged any extra cost incurred by the changes made.  You will be notified upon completion of your mount via phone, text, and/or email.  After completion, you will have 30 days to submit payment of the balance due and pick up your mount.  After 30 days, you will be charged a $10 per day storage fee for up to 14 days.  45 days after notification of completion, mount becomes the property of Fang and Bone Taxidermy and may be sold to recoup costs.  If shipping, you are required to arrange any shipment yourself, and Fang and Bone Taxidermy will not be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
